Monthly Plans / Data Packs

Plans, Pricing & Data

For regular use, choose a monthly plan with a set data allowance. For occasional access, choose a data pack that stays available until used. Compare the billing options first, then choose a data tier based on your actual usage.

Compare Plans by How Often You Connect

If you use international routes throughout the month, start by comparing monthly plans. If you connect only for specific tasks or while traveling, consider a data pack. Switching categories only changes what’s displayed below; it doesn’t create an order.

Monthly Plans: For Regular Use

Data resets each month on the activation date. Choose based on your account’s actual usage, not just the number of devices. Browsing, online collaboration, and continuous video streaming use different amounts of data. Review your typical activities before deciding whether to change tiers.

Monthly Plan · 60GB

Light Use

¥9.9/month

For browsing, research, and text-based collaboration. If you connect at fairly consistent times and transfer few media files, this tier is a good starting point for tracking your usage. It includes 60GB; keep an eye on your remaining data if you stream video or frequently download large files.

Monthly Plan · 250GB

Everyday Work

¥18/month

For regular cross-border access alongside web tools, online meetings, and media. The 250GB allowance gives you more data to use each month, but it isn’t unlimited. Devices connected to the same account share the data, so consider your overall usage habits.

Monthly Plan · 500GB

Higher Usage

¥28/month

For users who have tracked their usage and know they need more data, such as those who stream video often, sync files, or work across multiple devices for extended periods. The 500GB allowance is a data limit, not a guarantee of dedicated bandwidth or access to any particular service. Choose based on your data needs, not assumptions about speed.

If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check the result in the user panel before making a change; don’t assume the difference adds a full new billing period. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date.

Data Packs: For Occasional Use

Data packs never expire and remain available until used. There’s no monthly allowance to manage and no need to use up your data before a billing period ends. They’re suited to irregular schedules, occasional access to international websites, or budgets planned around a fixed amount of data.

Data Pack · 300GB

Connect as Needed

¥158/300GB

For users who connect infrequently, mainly for research, occasional collaboration, or short-term projects. The 300GB is a total allowance to use over time, not a monthly allocation. If you start connecting regularly for longer periods, compare monthly plans to see whether one better fits your budget.

Data Pack · 1000GB

Occasional Projects

¥358/1000GB

For users whose access needs vary and whose individual tasks may involve media or file transfers. The 1000GB is a total data allowance, not a monthly allowance. The pack doesn’t expire with time, even if you don’t connect for a while, but each session uses data from your balance. Check your remaining data in your account.

  • Never expires; available until used
  • Unlimited
  • 7-day refund policy

Data Pack · 3000GB

Larger Data Reserve

¥658/3000GB

For users who know the data pack billing model suits them and want a larger total allowance. The 3000GB pack doesn’t include a dedicated route or exclusive exit point; choose based on expected usage and budget. If you’re unsure how much data you need, track your usage first to make the allowance easier to manage.

  • Never expires; available until used
  • Unlimited
  • 7-day refund policy
Choose This Plan

“Never expires” refers to the data pack’s validity period; it doesn’t mean unlimited data. Data packs work differently from monthly plans, which reset on a schedule. Check the user panel for details about your current plan or any changes.

Shared Features

Included with Every Plan

Compare service coverage separately from data allowances. The details below apply across all tiers and explain the available features and access points; a higher price doesn’t imply additional permissions.

Unlimited
Set up connections on different devices to suit your work and personal needs. Data on the same account is shared, so unlimited devices doesn’t mean each device gets the full allowance shown for the plan.
International Route Coverage
Coverage includes 90+ countries and 230+ routes. Choose a route based on your destination and test it on your local network; distance alone doesn’t determine connection performance. See the Servers page for route details.
Bank-Grade Encryption
Connections use bank-grade encryption. Keep your account password and subscription link secure. Subscription links are used to import settings into a client; don’t post them in public forums or screenshots.
Works Across Platforms
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Find client downloads in the user panel, where you can also get your subscription settings. For installation and import instructions, see our Guides.
Check Service Availability
Check streaming services and AI tools with the target service itself. Connecting through an international route doesn’t guarantee access to a particular content library or account feature. Availability may depend on the service’s regional policies, your membership, and your account status.
Get Help
For connection or order issues, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include your operating system, route name, and any error message to help troubleshoot the issue. Hide account credentials before submitting.

Compare the Rules

Billing and Usage

Monthly plans offer a monthly allowance for regular use, while data packs track total usage over an open-ended period. There’s no one-size-fits-all choice; first decide which data rules suit your habits.

Estimate Data Use by Task, Not Just Connection Time

Text searches and long video streams use different amounts of data. Background syncing, autoplay, and system updates can also affect usage. Check your client’s routing settings to see which traffic uses international routes, then use the usage records in the panel to choose a data tier. Don’t convert the allowances on this page into a fixed number of streaming or meeting hours: content quality and app behavior affect actual usage.

Orders and Payments

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Place orders and pay through the user panel. Plan cards take you to the plans page in the panel; no payment is taken on this page.

Open the Panel and Review Your Plan

Sign in to an existing account, or create one with a username and password—no email address required. On the plans page, check whether you’re choosing a monthly plan or a data pack, and review the price, allowance, and status of your current service. If you’re upgrading mid-cycle, read the prorated change details shown in the panel before proceeding.

Choose a Payment Method and Keep Your Order Details

At checkout, choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT and follow the payment instructions on the order page. Use the amount and payment details shown on your current order; don’t rely on payment screenshots forwarded by others. Keep your order reference so you can find the transaction if the status hasn’t updated yet.

Return to Your Order and Confirm Service Status

After paying, return to the user panel to check your order status, then review your plan and data details on the overview page. A payment app showing “complete” and the panel updating are separate steps. If their statuses don’t match, check the original order before paying again. You can follow up in a ticket with your order reference, payment method, and any necessary proof.

Once your plan is active, get the client and subscription settings from the panel, then import them using the guide for your platform. Don’t share payment receipts, account passwords, or full subscription links publicly. When troubleshooting a connection, provide an error message with sensitive details hidden.

Refund Policy

7-day refund policy

Check the terms that apply, and keep your order and request records.

Read the Terms of Service →

To request a refund, sign in to the account used for the order and submit a ticket through the user panel, including the relevant order details. Mention the plan and payment method to help verify the transaction. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and full details; this page makes no promises beyond those terms.

If your request relates to a connection issue, include your operating system, the client’s error message, and the route name to help distinguish configuration problems from restrictions imposed by the destination service. Don’t include your password or full subscription link in a ticket. Hide any payment details that aren’t needed to verify the order.

After submitting, check replies and progress in the original ticket rather than creating multiple tickets for the same order. Payment processing and ticket handling are separate, and this page doesn’t specify a processing time. If more information is needed, continue the conversation in the original ticket.

Billing FAQs

Pricing, Devices, and Refunds

This section covers the facts to check before choosing a plan. For connection troubleshooting and account help, visit the Help Center.

How much do VPNRE plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans: ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. They never expire and remain available until used.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no device limit. Use your plan on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Devices on the same account share the plan’s data allowance; adding devices does not provide extra data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 7 days, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and your refund request. Don’t include your password or full subscription link. See the Terms of Service for eligibility and details, and check your ticket for updates.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Sign in to the user panel, choose a plan, and select a payment method at checkout. After paying, return to the order page to confirm the status and avoid paying again before the result is confirmed.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check the change details in the user panel before proceeding; an upgrade does not add a full new billing period’s data or time.

Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?

Data packs never expire and remain available until used, making them suitable for cross-border access on an irregular schedule. Each pack still has a fixed total data allowance; check your remaining data in the user panel.
